Compassionate Listening
Everyone has a story. Some stories are short, some lengthy, some recent, and some hail from a long time ago. I offer a sacred space for you to share your story with me. I hold space for you with compassion, empathy and without judgment. I allow you to share organically what's on your mind and in your heart. Some stories have never been spoken and never heard. If you're in a season where it's time to share your story in a safe place I'm here for you.

Using artistic techniques I help you tap into your own creative expression using music, cinema, and drawing. A transformational way to share your personal story is to speak about others' creative endeavors. I'm here to hear why a song moves you, why you cry during a special movie, why a particular art piece touches your soul.

Mindful Communication
Certified in Mindful Communication in 2017 from Mindful Schools I was trained how to support mindful communication with respect, integrity, and non-violent communication. Mindfully communicating allows the speaking to convey their messages to others in a conscious, kind, and respectful manner. Verbal aggression is a form of violent communication that typically emotionally injures another with words and occurs when the communicator isn't mindful of their words and their impact on others.
During your session, I will listen to how you communicate and gently highlight where there are opportunities to reframe self-dialogue into a dialogue of compassionate understanding and gentleness. It takes practice and can certainly be accomplished. I will help you to reframe your manner of speaking into mindful speech using mindful communication techniques such as pausing to think about what you want to say, and choosing the words you'd like to use to express yourself. I will introduce you to mindfulness vocabulary words that are conscious, respectful, promote peace and support connection with others. Mindful communication has the potential to change your relationship with yourself by changing the way you speak to yourself, with loved ones, and new people that you meet in life. Using mindfulness communication to be mindful of how you speak internally and and externally can be highly transformative.
Somatic Wellness Coaching
Somatic Coaching helps strengthen your connection to the inherent wisdom of your own body. From the moment you were conceived in your mother's womb you've been absorbing your environment. The sacred nature of the body retains every event, circumstance, thought, and experience. Inspired by Bessel van der Kolk, The Body Keeps the Score, some people's experiences from childhood and adulthood can become stuck in the body and until the stuck parts are acknowledge and brought to light, they can stay stuck impacting the way you operate in the world. Somatic Wellness coaching helps you reconnect with those stuck parts so you can physically integrate them into your holistic experience helping to heal your soul to live a with greater wholeness and connection. The body is a sacred organism that you were given to experience this life and embracing the sacred nature of your body allows you to more fully embrace the sacred nature of life and living through each experience.
