A pioneer in the wellness and coaching field, Sophie began her career as a Wellness Coach and Life Coach since 2006. Sophie has successfully coached thousands of people to achieve their health and wellness goals - whether it be to pass state licensing exams, become pregnant, push past their artistic stagnation, move past a trauma, increase their performing arts ability, find a new career (or improve their current one), regain their health and so much more!  Sophie combines her sixteen years of experience with her educational background to give you an optimal experience each time we meet.
